DARAZ SELECT is a loyalty program dedicated to making shopping with Daraz both effortless and rewarding. Offering Bronze, Silver and Gold memberships, we want to reward Daraz’s most loyal customers. Check here for more info

Daraz Select status at any given month is defined by the number of orders and product reviews made in the previous month by you. The exact requirement and rewards for each status is defined in the table below.

What do you get the following month?

  1. Make an order (+2 points)

    Orders made in the current calendar month are counted towards your points. Please note that multiple items in a single order will still be counted as a single order towards your points calculation. Cancelled orders do not count toward points.

  2. Provide a valid rating and review (+1 point)

    Provide a review on an item purchased by you through Daraz to earn 1 point. All approved reviews in the current calendar month will earn points. Reviews on items not purchased do not count toward points.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

All orders/referrals/reviews must be made within the current calendar month to be considered for the program next month. The cut-off time will be 11:59pm of the last day of the current month.

Membership is re-evaluated each month. You will qualify for a higher tier if you make the required number of points within the same calendar month.

Vouchers will be sent to you via email on or before the 15th of every month.

All vouchers are valid until the end of month from the date they are issued. The date of issue is before the 15th of the month

Vouchers will be sent via email. Customers are required to check their spam folder. If the email is still missing, the customer can contact the Daraz customer service team at Daraz Contact Page

Yes. Daraz reserves the right to change any portion of Daraz Select without any prior notice.

DARAZ ORDERS

If both accounts satisfy the aforementioned conditions separately, both accounts will qualify for the program separately – points are not combined for each unique account.

Orders placed through a Daraz account with a valid email address qualify for points in Daraz Select.

Step 1:

Go to Daraz and access your account from the top right hand corner of the page.

Step 2:

Log in with the email address you used to order your item. If you do not have a Daraz account, check the Help Page to learn how you can create one.

Step 3:

Under account, click on My Orders. From there, you will be able to see your order history for the current year.

RATINGS & REVIEWS

Under account, click on My Reviews & Ratings. From there, you will be able to see your successful reviews.

Reviews are meant to focus on the product and its quality. They help other customers like yourself make the right purchase decision. Fake/Defective products can directly be reported to Daraz Customer Service. Don’t include any personal information. Use of explicit/harsh language is prohibited.
