    Cancellation of item(s) in your order happens immediately if the order is not shipped. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier confirms the return of the shipment. Please note that some made to orders items cannot be cancelled.

    If the status of your order is "shipped", our Customer Service agents cannot cancel your order anymore. However, you can reject the package(s) at delivery. In such a case, the associated shiping fees would be deducted from your total amount

    Yes, the refunded amount would also include the shipping amount you were charged.

    There are no charges for shipping a product back to Daraz.

    You can return one or more items and you do not have to return the entire order.

    If your return is not cleared for refund, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.

    Please note that we will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days.

    You can get in touch with the brand’s authorized service center to claim the warranty for your product if applicable.

    If you experience issues with a device bought from Daraz, you can return it within Daraz’s return/exchange period of 7 days and ask for a replacement or full refund. If you experience issues after Daraz’s return/exchange period has elapsed, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.

    In such a case, our customer service team will offer the closest available substitute of the product to you. You can either accept that offer or request a full refund.

    "Once your return or replacement request is accepted, we’ll schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. For orders from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, returns requested before 10am will be picked up same day. For requests received after 10am, items will be picked up within 24 hours.

    Yes, you can request for your order to be delivered to a different address within the same region and city before your order is shipped. Keep in mind that you would have to cancel and replace your original order, if you want to change the shipping address to a new region and city.

    Sorry but a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. For your convenience, Daraz offers a 7-day return policy on most of its products so you can return or exchange your product after accepting it.

    If the package is open when it is handed to you by the delivery agent, you should refuse to accept it. If you accept such a package by mistake or you find out upon opening that it has been tampered with, please get in touch with us immediately.

    Yes, we’ll make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time.

    Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by Daraz and our logistics partners to bring your ordered item to your doorstep.

    Please check after 24 hours as the tracking ID for your order will take some time to be activated once it is shipped.

    Estimated delivery times for items depend on the location of the seller. For example, a mobile phone shipping from Lahore would have a different estimated delivery time for customers in Karachi than a mobile phone shipping from Karachi.

    Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfilment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of those items.

    Yes! Your parcel can be delivered to any address convenient for you. Just enter your preferred address as your ‘shipping address’ before checking out.

    No need to worry. You will be notified about the missed delivery through an email and a SMS and the rider will attempt another delivery the next day.

    Daraz delivers all across Bangladesh through its logistics partners AIGx, TCS and Leopards.

    Currently we do not offer this option. Your order will be shipped by AIGx if destination is Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or Rawalpindi. For other cities you will receive your item via TCS or Leopards.
