  • Enter your registered email address and click “Proceed”.
  • Now click the “Forgot your Password” button to get an email on your registered account with instructions on how to set a new password.

To add an additional delivery address to your account:

  • Click “Your Account” in the top right corner of your screen (if you are logged in you would see your name there).
  • Now click “Address Book” in the left side of the screen.
  • Click the “Add a New Address” button, enter the details of the new address and click “Save this Address”

To make sure that your account is always secure, multiple email addresses cannot be added. However, you can replace your current email address with a new one.

Your email address helps us provide timely information to you about your order. It also acts as your username and helps you log in.

  • Click “Your Account” in the top right corner of your screen (if you are logged in you would see your name there).
  • In the Contact Details box click “Change Password”
  • Enter the required information and click "Submit"

If no payment option is shown after you’ve entered your shipping information, you need to go back to your cart and make sure that you have only selected internationally shippable items. These items are mostly apparel and shoes, and are clearly labeled in the key feature field. International orders don’t include categories such as general merchandise and phones.

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. When purchasing an item in another currency, your credit institute will convert this amount into your local currency according to the bank's inherent exchange rate. This may vary day by day.

When ordering from Daraz.com.bd, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country that he is trying to import the products to.

Furthermore, the customer agrees to the fact that orders shipped outside Bangladesh are marked as gifts yet may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Daraz has no control over these charges, nor can Daraz predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and your local customs office is the best source of information for such queries.

Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
