When the order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS with a link and a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
At the time your order is confirmed, you will be communicated an estimated delivery time for your items.
Note: If your order has multiple items, you might receive the items in separate packages.
If you are in Dhaka:
You will also receive an SMS on the day your order is being delivered, with the delivery agent’s name and phone number. If there is a payment required on delivery, you will also be reminded of this amount.
In case we are unable to deliver your package, you will also be reminded by an SMS about our attempt to deliver your order. After 3 attempts, the order shall be cancelled.
Shipping charges are the costs undertaken by Daraz and our logistics partners to bring your ordered item to your doorstep. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product(s) in you order.
Orders can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home or work address). Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants.
If the payment is made with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our Delivery Agent.
